The Czech Ministry of Health moved Israel from green to the dark red, ‘very high risk’ category on the Covid-risk travel map. According to the Czech Consulate in Israel, only fully vaccinated Israelis can travel to Czechia. The Israeli vaccination certificate is fully recognised in Czechia. The only necessity is to fill in the entry form to Czechia and online exit statement form 24 hours before departure from Israel. Czechia does not demand additional COVID-test for inoculated travellers. Israeli officials consider Czechia as a yellow (low risk) location, vaccinated people coming back to Israel must enter 24-hour isolation or isolate until their PCR test result is negative (whichever is earlier). Pre-departure test and online statement form are also demanded on the return journey to Israel.
